Keith McAdam is the founder of McAdam Attorneys and a seasoned legal practitioner with over 15 years of experience. He began his academic journey at South African College Schools (SACS) in Cape Town, before earning a BCom (Law) degree with majors in Economics and Business Management in 2004. He went on to complete his postgraduate LLB in 2007 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2009.
Keith holds further qualifications in conveyancing practice and is an admitted Conveyancer of the High Court. His legal acumen is demonstrated in reported judgments from cases such as Consulting Services v Steiner and Others, as well as various reported judgments relating to section 197 matters, highlighting his litigation experience in the Labour Court.
With a strong foundation in commercial, labour, and property law, Keith brings clarity, confidence, and precision to every matter he handles.
Owen Chinner serves as a paralegal within the Labour/Employment and Commercial Law departments at McAdam Attorneys Inc. He leverages his prior experience in the real estate sector to provide disciplined administrative support, effective matter coordination, and meticulous document management.
Owen is committed to professional growth and contributes to the delivery of efficient, client-centred legal services across the firm’s operations.
Luvan Calitz is the head of the firm’s Client Services department. He is recognised for his reliability, resourcefulness, and extensive practical experience within the property and municipal spheres. With years of hands-on involvement in navigating City of Johannesburg processes, property-related requirements, and firm logistics, he plays a critical role in ensuring that our operational and client service functions run seamlessly.
He has built strong professional relationships across various COJ departments and property networks, enabling him to assist with document procurement, compliance matters, municipal filings, and time-sensitive property tasks with exceptional efficiency. His in-depth understanding of municipal structures and property workflows makes him an indispensable support to both the firm and its clients.
In addition to his practical experience, Luvan Calitz has completed a Conveyancing Course, further strengthening his technical understanding of property transactions and enhancing the quality of assistance he provides in conveyancing-related matters.

Lerato Molepo is a Candidate Attorney in the Conveyancing Department and holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State.
She supports the team in all aspects of property transfers and related transactional work. She is committed to providing efficient, detail-driven service and ensuring that clients experience a smooth and transparent transfer process.
Lerato assists with drafting and reviewing transfer documents, liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and deeds office personnel, and managing the administrative workflow required to progress matters to registration. She has a strong interest in residential and commercial property law and is passionate about guiding clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lives with professionalism and care.

Shanine Naidoo is a final year Candidate Attorney who brings a strong academic foundation and substantial practical experience to our firm. She attended the University of the Witwatersrand where she obtained her Master of Laws in Commercial and Business Law, LLB, and Bachelor’s in International Relations and Psychology.
Shanine has developed extensive experience in Labour Law and litigation, having been involved in a wide range of matters over the course of more than five years. She has worked closely on complex disputes, advisory work, CCMA and Labour Court processes, cultivating a specialist understanding of the labour law landscape and related litigation practice.

Dourcas Ngcobo is an experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary with a strong background in residential and commercial property transactions. Above 5 years’ worth of hands-on experience in the legal property sector, Dourcas is highly skilled in managing the administrative and client-care aspects of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Dedicated and detail-focused, Dourcas handles key responsibilities such as preparing transfer documents, conducting property searches, liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients, drafting completion statements, and ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Known for exceptional organisational ability and clear communication, Dourcas plays a vital role in keeping transactions moving smoothly and efficiently.

Candice Woodbine brings over five years of experience in the Real Estate industry and now serves as a Paralegal within our firm, supporting attorneys in conveyancing, compliance, and general legal administration. She is highly organised and is committed to delivering exceptional client service, maintaining clear and efficient communication throughout every stage of a matter. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail contribute significantly to the smooth, timely, and compliant progression of transactions within the practice.
Candice has completed Conveyancing Level 1 (Deed of Transfer) and Level 2 (Sectional Titles) courses, further strengthening her knowledge and capability in the field.
